You’ll initiate gentle nudges like:
“Hey! How’s that task coming along?”
“Did you hit your 20-minute Pomodoro today?”
“Just checking in — need a reset or are you on fire?”
✅ 2. On-the-Spot Motivation
You’ll offer encouragement when they hit dips or hesitation:
“Remember your why.”
“Small wins matter too. Keep showing up.”
✅ 3. Quick Wins & Course Corrections
If a client falls off track, you’ll help them reset — no shame, just strategy.
✅ 4. Response Time
Replies within 12–24 hours (Mon–Fri)
Text-based only (no phone calls)
Message limit: ~1–2 per day from client to stay focused and sustainable
